FAQ: Patient Discharge

All hospitalized patients receive detailed physical examinations and are discussed in hospital rounds each morning. The doctors will determine at that time whether your pet can be discharged to go home and will contact you prior to discharge.

Patient discharge times are as follows, UNLESS otherwise determined by your doctor: Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., and after 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: after 2 p.m.
